Refund Policy

Condition

Our flower bouquets are arranged with the highest quality, fresh cut flowers designed to last.  Should you consider your flowers or plants are damaged or in poor condition, refunds, partial refunds or exchanges will only be given if the product is proved to be damaged. Each claim will be at the discretion of Bud Flowers management.

Notice

Because of the perishable nature of floral products, you are advised to make any complaint as soon as the product is delivered and within 24 hours of receipt. A photograph may be required to support any claims.
